is looking for poetry, haiku, short fiction, flash-fiction to be included in issue #4 of Seppuku Quarterly. Submission period for the 4th issue is July 1st - 14th. We welcome unsolicited submissions. We encourage submissions from all writers, whether new or established. We do not consider any written work that has been previously published in any other print or digital publication. We want to read your free verse poetry, formal poetry, prose poetry, your short stories, and your flash fiction. HOW MUCH WORK TO SEND: Please send us only one written work at a time, unless sending poetry (in which case, feel free to send us up to 5 poems). Please do not send us any additional work until we respond to your submission. If sending poetry, please send all poems in one document. WHERE TO SEND YOUR SUBMISSIONS: All submissions may be sent to LaughingRoninPress@gmail.com with the subject line SUBMISSION: [Name title of written work].” Please also include a brief biography and and any links you may like to include to your work with your submission. We do not accept submissions by mail. At this time, we do not offer payment for publication of any work. FORMATTING REQUESTS: Please include your name, email and mailing address on the first page. If writing prose, please double-space your document. Garamond 12pt font is preferred. RESPONSE TIME: In light of the demands of every day life, we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Feel free to submit your work to other publications simultaneously. If your work is accepted for publication elsewhere before we’ve had a chance to respond, please send us a note to withdraw your work from consideration. RIGHTS: Rights always revert to the author upon publication.
